Residential Construction Project Manager — Raleigh / Cary
$50K base + commission & bonuses — your pay grows with the projects you deliver.

You own the build from demo to done — the subs, the budget, the schedule, the quality. When the project finishes on time, on budget, and right, that's you.
You'll run residential renovation and build projects end to end for Attollo: coordinating trades and subs, ordering materials, managing budgets and schedules, holding the line on quality. In-office Cary/Raleigh, 1099, base plus commission and bonuses tied to delivery.
You're great at
- Keeping subs and trades on schedule and accountable
- Managing a budget to the line item without surprises
- Spotting quality and code problems before they cost money
- Solving the daily curveballs a jobsite throws
- Communicating clearly with owners, trades, and the office
What you’ll do
- Plan and run renovation/build projects start to finish
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage trades and subs
- Source and order materials, track deliveries
- Build and manage project budgets; control change orders
- Walk sites, enforce quality, keep timelines on track
- Report status, costs, and risks to the team
What we’re looking for
- In-office in Cary/Raleigh, full-time
- Hands-on residential construction or renovation experience
- Ability to read scopes, budgets, schedules
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication and organization
Nice to have
- Prior GC or construction PM experience
- Network of reliable Triangle-area subs and trades
- Familiarity with renovation/flip workflows and PM tools
