Entry-Level Salesperson — Raleigh / Cary
$15/hr from day one, kept on top of the same commission ladder as the rest of the sales team.
We respond to every application — a real person reads each one.
You haven't closed a commission deal yet. That's the point of this seat: we hire people who can hold a conversation and teach them the rest, on the phones with homeowners who contacted us first.
You'll start on the phones with inbound motivated-seller leads: calling, texting, booking appointments and keeping conversations alive until the seller decides. You'll ride along on property visits, then run your own as soon as you're ready. W-2, in-office Cary/Raleigh, $15/hr kept on top of commission.
You're great at
- Talking to people you don't know on the phone without freezing up
- Staying calm and likable when someone is stressed or short with you
- Following up again when you didn't get an answer the first time
- Writing down what happened the same day, without being chased
- Asking questions and taking coaching
What you’ll do
- Call and text inbound motivated-seller leads and book appointments
- Ask why they're selling, by when, and what shape the house is in
- Ride along on property visits, then run your own
- Take clear property photos and document condition
- Log every touch, note, and next step in the CRM same-day
- Follow up on every open lead until it closes or dies
What we’re looking for
- No sales experience required — we train for this seat
- In-office in Cary/Raleigh, full-time, set hours
- Able to hold a phone conversation with a stressed homeowner and stay steady
- Reliable transportation for property visits
- Clear spoken English
- Comfortable being measured on results and logging your own work in a CRM
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a BIG plus (we buy from Spanish-speaking sellers across NC)
- Any job where you talked to people all day: customer service, retail or restaurant floor, call centre, front desk, appointment setting
- Familiarity with the Triangle
Why join
You're paid hourly while you learn, on top of the same commission plan as everyone else on the team — there is no separate beginner rate. Every lead is inbound, so your first call starts at "thanks for reaching out", not "sorry to bother you". And you learn from a founder who still closes.
We respond to every serious application within 48 hours. The hourly is yours on top of commission — it is never an advance and never deducted from what you earn.

- Do the right thing, even when it costs us.
