Real Estate Dispositions Rep — Raleigh / Cary
$15/hr — about $2,400 a month — kept on top of commission on every house you place: 5% of the fee on your first 8 placements in a month, 10% on your 9th through 12th, 15% from your 13th. About $136,800 a year at 10 placements at our $15,000 minimum margin.
We respond to every application — a real person reads each one.
Everyone applying to a real estate sales team assumes acquisitions is the job. Dispositions is the other half, and it is a different trade: you're calling professional investors about houses we already control, not families deciding whether to sell the home they raised their kids in. Nobody on your call list is in crisis. They're buyers, they want inventory, and the conversation is about price and terms.
You'll work our cash-buyer and investor list by phone and email from our Cary/Raleigh office: pitching houses we've put under contract or already own, answering questions about condition and numbers, negotiating price and terms, and getting the deal to the closing table. We expect one dispositions rep to move 7–10+ properties a month.
You're great at
- Talking numbers with people who do this for a living and expect straight answers
- Keeping a buyer list warm, so the call isn't cold when you need it
- Hearing "not at that price" and finding out what price would work
- Staying organised about who wants what — area, condition, budget
- Describing a house accurately even when the honest answer costs you the sale
What you’ll do
- Call and email our investor buyer list about available houses
- Match houses to the buyers whose criteria actually fit
- Answer condition, repair and numbers questions accurately
- Negotiate price and terms through to a signed assignment or contract
- Keep buyer criteria and activity current in the CRM
- Move 7–10+ properties a month and follow each one through to closing
What we’re looking for
- In-office in Cary/Raleigh, full-time, set hours — this is not a remote seat
- Confident on the phone with people who negotiate for a living
- Comfortable negotiating price without a script in front of you
- Able to read a spreadsheet and talk about numbers without guessing
- Comfortable being measured on properties placed and logging your own work in a CRM
Nice to have
- Any B2B sales experience
- A real estate, construction or property background
- Experience running a pipeline in a CRM
Why join
This is the shortest feedback loop in the business — a house is either placed or it isn't, and you can see which of your buyers move fastest. The calls are businesslike, so there's no emotional weight to carry home. And you're in the room with the closers, not on the other end of a call with them, which is how you learn what a deal is actually worth. As dispositions grows it gets its own lead managers, so there is a real next seat up from this one.
We respond to every serious application within 48 hours. Tell us about a negotiation you lost and what you'd do differently — we read those answers first.

- Get 1% better every day. It compounds.
Let’s see if this fits.
