Remote Real Estate Admin / Virtual Assistant

You're the person who keeps everything from falling through the cracks — CRM tidy, documents ready, calendar tight, nothing dropped. When the back office runs clean, deals close faster.
You'll handle the back-office work that keeps deals moving: CRM management, document and eSignature prep, scheduling, email and calendar, general project support. Remote 1099 contractor, US business hours.
You're great at
- Staying organized when ten things are happening at once
- Writing clear, professional English
- Catching small details before they become big problems
- Working independently and flagging what needs a decision
- Living inside Google Workspace and a CRM all day
What you’ll do
- Manage and update CRM records and pipelines
- Prepare documents and route eSignatures
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle email, follow-ups, routine correspondence
- Support projects and one-off tasks across the business
What we’re looking for
- Strong written English
- Available during US business hours (Eastern)
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet
- Self-directed, organized, dependable
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a plus (some of our sellers and team communicate in Spanish)
- Prior real estate or US-company VA experience
- Familiarity with CRMs and eSignature tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Light bookkeeping or project-coordination experience
