Remote Cold Caller — Real Estate
$800 a month in USD, paid on time, as a 1099 contractor on US Eastern hours.
We respond to every application — a real person reads each one.
This is outbound, and we're not going to dress it up. You'll spend your day calling people who didn't ask to hear from you, and most of them will say no. The ones who say yes are where everything else in this company starts — every closer's pipeline begins with a call somebody like you made.
You'll work through call lists by phone from home, introducing a US home-buying company to homeowners who haven't contacted us yet. You'll qualify quickly, log what you learn, and hand anyone with a real reason to sell to a lead manager or closer. Fully remote 1099 contractor, US business hours (Eastern), clear spoken English required.
You're great at
- Calling all day without letting the last conversation affect the next one
- Sounding like a person rather than a script on the tenth call of the hour
- Hearing a soft no and knowing which ones are worth one more question
- Keeping your own numbers honestly, including on the bad days
- Taking coaching on your calls and changing what you do the next day
What you’ll do
- Work assigned call lists by phone during US Eastern business hours
- Introduce Cinch and find out whether the homeowner has any reason to sell
- Qualify on motivation, timeline and the condition of the house
- Hand warm sellers to a lead manager or closer with clear notes
- Log every call, outcome and callback time in the CRM the same day
- Honour do-not-call requests immediately and permanently
What we’re looking for
- Clear, easily understood spoken English — you'll be on the phone with Americans all day
- Available 9am–6pm US Eastern, Monday–Friday
- Stable internet and a quiet place to work, with a headset
- Comfortable with outbound calling and with being told no
- Willing to be measured on calls made, conversations had and appointments set
Nice to have
- Previous outbound or BPO calling on US accounts
- Appointment setting, SDR or BDR experience
- Any experience working a pipeline in a CRM
Why join
You're calling for a company that actually buys the houses, so when someone asks "is this real?" the answer is yes and you can show them. You're not pushing something nobody wants — some of the people on your list genuinely need to sell, and your whole job is finding them. Do it well and the rest of the remote ladder is open to you.
We reply to every serious application within 48 hours. If this seat isn't the right fit, we'll tell you which of our remote seats might be.
