Remote Real Estate Lead Manager
$5–$7/hr, 1099, fully remote — steady work with a growing US company.

You're the first voice every home seller hears. You figure out why they want to sell, capture it cleanly in the CRM, and hand the sales team an appointment that's ready to close.
You make first contact with US home sellers, understand motivation and timeline, enter clean CRM data, and book qualified appointments for the sales team. You'll also run outbound follow-up so no lead goes cold. Remote 1099 contractor, US business hours.
You're great at
- Putting people at ease on the phone within the first 30 seconds
- Asking the right questions and actually listening
- Keeping CRM records clean, accurate, up to date
- Staying consistent on follow-up day after day
- Working independently without someone watching over you
What you’ll do
- Make first contact with inbound seller leads by phone and text
- Uncover motivation, timeline, and property basics
- Enter accurate, complete notes into the CRM
- Book qualified appointments on the sales team's calendar
- Run outbound follow-up sequences on warm leads
What we’re looking for
- Fluent, neutral-accent spoken English
- Available during US business hours (Eastern)
- Reliable computer, headset, stable high-speed internet
- Quiet, professional call environment
- Detail-oriented with strong CRM/data habits
Nice to have
- Prior inbound lead-management, appointment-setting, or call-center experience
- Real estate or US-market familiarity
- Experience with sales CRMs
