Where the conversations come from
On acquisitions and lead management, US homeowners call, text or fill in a form because they want an offer on their house. You pick the conversation up from there.
Dispositions — selling the finished houses on to investors — is an in-office seat in Raleigh, not a remote one. If that's the work you want, the move to Raleigh is the route to it.
On the cold caller seat you're the one starting the conversation, working lists to find the homeowners who want to talk. We say that plainly because it is different work, and the people who are good at it usually know which of the two they prefer.

You start the conversation. Work lists by phone to find the homeowners who want to talk, then hand the warm ones to a lead manager or closer. Outbound, and we say so.

- First contact with inbound seller leads by phone and text
- Capture motivation, timeline and property basics in the CRM

The hard parts

- US Eastern hours, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. That's the job, and it's why we hire in your time zone.
- 1099 contractor, not an employee. Taxes and paperwork where you live are yours to handle.
- Every call is in English with American sellers and investors. Clarity and speed matter more than a perfect accent.
- Your own setup: 25+ Mbps internet, a headset, a quiet room, and a backup plan for power or internet cuts.
- In-person appointments are run by the Raleigh team. This seat is the phone, start to finish.
- Weekly activity and conversion standards. You'll know your numbers, and so will we.
